PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessory for an automobile controlling noise generated from a rotation support part and not giving uncomfortable feeling to passengers of the automobile. SOLUTION: A rotation shaft 3 is rotatably supported by rolling bearings 4, 4 in a housing 2. Material tempered after surface hardening treatment is used for rolling elements 12, 12 composing each the rolling bearing 4. Material maintaining residual austenite quantity of 6 vol.% or less than by high temperature tempering treatment is used for an inner ring 9 and an outer ring 11. Deterioration of shape precision of rolling surface of the each rolling elements 12, 12, an inner ring raceway 8, and an outer ring raceway 10 with age can be prevented thereby to achieve the purpose mentioned above.
