PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste-treating system which can dry and incinerate wastes with a rotary oven in good heat efficiency to obtain the carbonized product. SOLUTION: This waste-treating system 30 provided with a rotary oven 36 supported in a rotation-drivable state, a raw material entrance chamber 34 and a product exit chamber 42 disposed to communicate with the rotary oven, and a raw material-feeding chamber 32 for feeding the raw material into the rotary oven through the raw material entrance chamber has the first exhaust gas line 58 for guiding the exhaust gas produced in the rotary oven from the raw material entrance chamber to the outside, the second exhaust gas line 66 connected to the downstream side branched point of the first exhaust gas line and used for exhausting the exhausted gas to the outside, a circulation gas line 60 for supplying the exhaust gas divided from the branched point into the product exit chamber, an exhaust gas circulation apparatus 44 disposed in the first exhaust gas line, and a combustion apparatus 48 disposed in the circulation gas line and used for heating the exhaust gas.
