PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold-insulating container which can shade light and insulate heat by a thin layer such as a metal deposited film provided on side peripheral faces of a container body 10 to keep cooling effects of a cold- insulating material more longer, and also can serve to improve an appearance as a storage state of contents A is reflected on the metal deposited film. SOLUTION: The cold-insulating container receives contents to be received together with a cold-insulating material in a container body 10 to allow contents to be cooled by the cold-insulating material. A metal deposited thin layer is provided to be easily peelable from the container body 10 on a whole or a portion of side peripheral faces at least on a side peripheral surface inside the container body.
