PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a durable and handy carrying grip which does not cause a user to feel pain or numb on a hand. SOLUTION: The carrying grip (1) has a grip portion (2) having a protruding center, end portions (4) at both the ends thereof, a groove (3), and a hole (5), and makes it difficult that a polyvinyl chloride bag inserted in the groove (3) comes off the groove (3).
