<p>The invention concerns a method for measuring the optical density of a solute in a liquid medium consisting of a solvent and said solute, whether said medium is clear or not. The invention is characterized in that said method consists in measuring the optical density of the medium at a wavelength μ0 (medium total μ0(OD)) which is not absorbed by the solute, but which can be absorbed by the solvent, then performing one or several measurements of the optical density of the medium at wavelength μ absorbed by the solute (medium total,μ( OD)) and in determining the optical density of the solute by the following relationship: (solute, μ) OD = (medium total μ( OD)) - (solvent, μ) OD -(medium total μ0(OD)) + (solvent, μ0) OD.</p> |
