<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an effective use of wastes as a useful soil. SOLUTION: This system for converting soil into resource 1 is provided with a database 16 and an arithmetic processing unit 11, and effectively utilizes wastes by using processed products manufactured from wastes at a treating site. The database 16 stores information on wastes such as the type, number of pieces and volume and information on processed products prepared from the wastes such as the type, number of pieces and volume and treating information for use at the treating site such as the type, number of pieces and volume of the processed products. The arithmetic processing unit 11 calculates from the treating information the type, number of pieces and volume of processed products necessary for treatment and determines the type and the number of waste products necessary for the processed products.</p> |
