PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair for children capable of ensuring enough support strength as reducing the burden of a connection part and a receiving part, and capable of preventing the structure complication and enlargement of the lower side of a backrest, and capable of enlarging the freedom degree of the neighborhood design side of the backrest and a seat. SOLUTION: A projection part 12 that projects toward the rear is provided on the seat 7 and a receiving part 15 that maintains the seat 7 in the use condition by the projection part 12 that abuts from the lower side at a location away toward the rear from a connection part 10 that connects the backrest 6 and the seat 7 in the chair for children provided with a main body 5 fixed on construction such as a wall surface and the like, a backrest 6 fixed on the upper part of the main body 5, a seat 7 bendably connected to the lower side of the backrest 6, a stopper 8 bendably connected to the front side of the seat 7, and a safety circle 9 pivoted by the backrest 6 and the stopper 8, and a position is freely changed to the use condition that the seat 7 is projected toward the front and a folding state that the seat 7 is stood up.
