PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cove type endoscope capable of coating the entire at- hand operation part by a cover as maintaining excellent operability by forming an at-hand operation part cover by connecting a main body cover that coats the main body part of the at-hand operation part with a moving part cove that coats a moving part as one body through an elastic connection part. SOLUTION: An at-hand operation part cover 36 that coats the at-hand operation part 16 of an endoscope 12 for an endoscope cover consists of an at-hand operation part body cover 50 that coats the main body part of the at-hand operation part 16, a top and bottom angle knob cover 52 that coats a top and bottom angle knob 22, a left and right angle knob cover 54 that coats a left and right angle knob 20, and a left and right rock knob cover 56 that coats a left and right rock knob 24. Each cover connection part 58, 60, and 62 is elastically formed due to holds 58a, 60a, and 62a formed on a surrounding surface.
