PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of parts, improve assembly and press various lesions of a human body in proper directions. SOLUTION: A body pressing part 3 of a front end part of an air bag 2 is arranged in a predetermined position when air is filled in the air bag 2 of a treating element 1 composed of the inflatable air bag 2 and the treating element 1 is inflated. In the air bag 2, a plurality of frustum shaped parts 4 with different diameters are connected in order of diameter, side face circumference parts are diametrally smaller in sequence toward a front side during inflation, and a center part of a frustum shaped part with the minimum diameter is used as the body pressing part 3 in a form of a small diameter side frustum shaped part fitting in a large side frustum shaped part during shrinkage. In each frustum shaped part 4, lengths along an inclined plane in a fore and aft direction are different in a radial one end side and another end side. The body pressing part 3 of the treating element 1 can be arranged in the predetermined position when the treating element 1 comprising the air bag 2 is inflated, and the treating element 1 can be substantially folded into a predetermined shape and fitly held when the treating element 1 is shrunk.
