METHOD OF MOLDING HEEL PART OF VAMP AND CHEMICAL SHOE MANUFACTURED BY THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical shoe with a vamp face with good appearance, which has the vamp without seams on the surface side of the vamp heel part to prevent rain water from invading inside. SOLUTION: This is a method of molding a vamp heel part of a chemical shoe. A crescent shape thermosetting core 11 with a semicircular shape adhesive layer 16 are put between an inner leather material 10 of a stretchable nonwoven fabric chemical sheet and a stretchable nonwoven fabric outer leather 12 impregnated by an adhesive layer 17 covered by a released paper sheet 18. The inner leather material 10 is adhered by the adhesive layer 16 of the crescent shape core 11 and the inner leather material 10 and the outer leather material 12 are sewed together with the releasing paper sheet 18 along the semicircular periphery of the crescent core 11 to form a heel member 20 with the crescent shape core inside. The released paper sheet 18 is released from the outside face of the outer leather material 12 of the heel member 20 with the crescent shape core inside to expose the adhesive layer 17 to adhere with the inner face of the vamp heel part. The crescent shape core material 11 is heated from the side of the heel member 20 with the crescent shape core inside to cure resin to form into the heel part. The chemical shoe without seams 19 on the vamp surface heel part is manufactured by assembling the heel part formed by this method.
