PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify and thin a structure of rear surface components. SOLUTION: A pinball game machine is provided with a game board 10 where a front surface game area 11 is held in an erected state to face a front surface from the opening of a front frame 2, rear cover members 25 and 26 attached onto the rear surface of the game board and a rear set plate BSP which is freely opened/closed at the side of a front frame rear surface and held at a close position to cover the rear surface side. A prize winning tool 16 for a game ball to win a prize is arranged in the game area 11 on the front surface of the game board 10 and also an outlet 18 is formed to collect the game balls falling down without winning the prize in the prize-winning tool. Safe ball passage holes 22a and 22b for discharging a safe ball to the rear surface of the game board and an out ball passage hole 18a for discharging an out ball to the rear surface are formed on the game board. The rear cover member 26 is attached onto the rear surface of the game board by covering the outlets of the safe ball passage holes and the out ball passage hole at the rear surface side of the game board 10. Thus, an after-game ball collecting member is formed to collect after-game balls through the use of the rear cover member.
