PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for improving an animal dermatopathia. SOLUTION: This device is characterized in that a water bath 12 which accommodates an animal to be medically treated is provided with a basic pipe 16 which supplies water or hot water to the bath 12, one end of the basic pipe is connected with a water discharge outlet 18 of the water bath, the water bath is provided with a pump 22 which is disposed halfway on the basic pipe, a means 24 which supplies air or oxygen to the inside of the basic pipe and a water treatment device 20 provided halfway on the basic pipe, the basic pipe penetrates through a housing of the water treatment device, a yoke is provided inside the housing so as to sandwich the basic pipe and permanent magnets having opposite polarities are mounted at positions corresponding to each other on the inner side of the yoke.
