摘要 PURPOSE: A 321 stainless steel manufacturing method for securing casting stability and improving product surface quality by effectively preventing clogging of nozzle and suppressing formation of TiN during continuous casting of stainless steel is provided. CONSTITUTION: The 321 stainless steel manufacturing method is characterized in that casting stability is secured, and product surface quality is improved by maintaining a ratio of weight % of Ti/weight % of C in molten steel to 8 or more, satisfying a composition comprising 0.025 to 0.04 wt.% of C and 0.2 wt.% or more of Ti and controlling nitrogen concentration to the same as or less than a concentration value calculated by the following expression: log(N%)=-19,755/(T+273)+7.78+0.07£% Ti|-log£% Ti|+0.045£% Cr| at a tundish molten steel temperature of T (deg.C), thereby preventing clogging of nozzle and suppressing formation of TiN during continuous casting of stainless steel.
