PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide confectionery such as a candy or chocolate, without desig nation thereon by a handwork, capable of obtaining a satisfactory colored design using a vivid red color. SOLUTION: This confectionery 1 with a case includes a sort of solid confectionery 2 of specific three-dimensional form and a thin-walled transparent case 3 having a shape corresponding to the profile of the solid confectionery 2 and containing it and provided with a designation 4 corresponding to the specific three-dimensional form of the solid confectionery 2. In this confectionery 1, a three-dimensional colored design is represented by the aid of both the solid confectionery 2 and the transparent case 3.
