BASE PAD MEMBER FOR INNER SOLE OF READY-MADE SHOE, REFORMED STRUCTURE OF INNER SOLE PART, AND REFORMING METHOD FOR THE INNER SOLE PART STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reform the surface structure of the inner sole part of a ready-made shoe so as to be most effectively optimized to a form of both feet to support weight load of an individual wearer and a wearing mode in various conditions. SOLUTION: Several kinds of pad members with required suitable cushioning properties in required shapes and dimensions respectively corresponding to the inner sole part shape of a ready-made shoe are prepared. Either one of pad members suitable for a shape of a foot part in wearing is selected corresponding to the foot part shape and the mode of a wearer. A pad member selected based on data of dimensions and foot pressure of the corresponding foot sole part autonomously judged from practical projection images of respective foot sole parts is cut and polished for use corresponding to a suitable shape. A worked pad member is adhered for reforming on a selected position corresponding to adjustment on the inner sole face to correct the surface structure and to cover and adhere the inner sole sheet on the inner bottom face including the adhered worked pad member.
