PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat permeable membrane, capable of being produced simply in good producibility and having a plurality of hollows on at least either of the surfaces. SOLUTION: This structuralized membrane is a flat permeable membrane having a plurality of hollows on at least either of the surfaces, wherein the size of each hollow is at least five-times larger than the nominal pore diameter of the membrane.
