METHOD OF RAISING AND GENERATING HEAD HAIR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to promote raising and generating of head hair by securing or promoting the blood flow in the scalp capillary blood vessel to activate metabolism of hair root cells. SOLUTION: A hair cap C equipped with a flexible net 21 spread inside and tubular pressing parts 24 capable of pressing positions above ears on side parts of the head is attached on the head part H of a subject. Compressed air is fed into a hollow space 25 of the pressing part 24 to inflate the pressing part 24 to strongly press the positions above ears on side parts of the head along the almost horizontal line. Simultaneously air is discharged from the inside space 5 of the hair cap C to approach a vacuum condition to strongly press the scalp by a flexible net 21 as a plane based on the pressure difference with the atmospheric pressure. Both the pressing by plane and the pressing of the side parts of the head are repeated to ascend and descend blood pressure in the subcutaneous blood vessel group in the scalp to spread blood flow all through the capillary blood vessel.
