PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operatability at the time of fundus reexamination, and also to enable to securely perform fundus reexamination under the photographic condition demanded by a testing person performing screening. SOLUTION: The fundus image data photographed by a fundus camera part 100 by an image filing device 201, and a photographic condition data of the fundus image data are filed. The prescribed range of the previous fundus image data displayed on a monitor 21 is designated as the next photographic range by a mouth and the like of a data inputting part 203. Among this photographic range and the photographic condition data of the fundus image data previously photographed, a visual line guiding direction of an interior fixed vision lamp 51 of the fundus camera part 100 at the next photographing time, and a photographic magnifying power of a imaging lens 15 are determined from the visual line guiding direction of the interior fixed vision lamp 51 and the photographic magnifying power of the focusing lens 15. |
