PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to coat a large quantity of fine particles in a short drying time and to prevent a product from being contaminated with multiple particles by performing drying, disintegration into single particles, classification, and collection in a same process. SOLUTION: A mixture prepared by kneading fine particles, a coating substance, and a dispersion medium is fed both to a drying step using a drier and to a collection step composed of four cyclones 21-24 connected in series. In the drying step, the fine particles are coated with a film by dividing the mixture into liquid droplets and simultaneously evaporating the dispersion medium from the droplets. In the collection step, the coated fine particles are classified by means of the four cyclones connected in series. |
