PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a furrow-opener resistant to abrasion with soil and free from the adhesion of soil. SOLUTION: The furrow-opener 8 forms a furrow for planting seedlings P of green vegetables and flowers on a field. A lower metallic stepped part 12 extending in nearly longitudinal direction is protruded downward under a soil-embedding range A of the furrow opener 8, a metallic stepped part 13 extending in vertical direction is placed at the front side of the soil-embedding range A and a resin film 15 thinner than the height of both steps 12 and 13 is adhered on the soil-embedding range A over the top of the lower stepped part 12 and to the rear side of the front stepped part 13.
