PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein construction efficiency is low so far because of a high ratio of the time for carrying sludge or waste water to a waste water disposal facility to the time for construction in total and, if more tank trucks are employed to carrying more frequently, the cost is increased. SOLUTION: This method includes a process wherein the sludge or the waste water is incorporated with a coagulant containing gypsum of 40 to 60 wt.%, aluminum sulfate of 20 to 40 wt.%, an alkali metal carbonate of 10 to 30 wt.%, cement component of 5 to 10 wt.%, and a high molecular coagulant of 1 to 3 wt.%; a process wherein the sludge or the waste water with the coagulant is agitated; a process wherein the agitated sludge or the waste water is allowed to settle down and solid therein is separated from clarified water; a process wherein the clarified water separated in the separation process is discharged as ordinary water; and a process wherein the solid separated in the separation process is used for landfill, banking, or the like.
