GOLF CLUB AND SHAFT THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise connecting strength of the shaft and head of a golf club. SOLUTION: A golf club in which a shaft 6 is inserted into a hosel portion 7 having a hosel hole 3 and is fixed with an adhesive 5, wherein the tip portion of the shaft 6 is in a club-shaped taper form that the more tip side more increases in diameter. A male screw is placed in the periphery of the hosel portion 7 and a plurality of slits 8 are placed in the hosel portion 7. The entrance side of the hosel portion 7 decreases in diameter by fastening a nut 10 having a taper-shaped inner hole.
