PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen and a rattan blind which can fully play function of charcoal and are woven by a thermoplastic synthetic resin filamentous body including a charcoal powder. SOLUTION: A concave-convex pore 9 is created by adjustment, expansion and so on of a particle diameter of charcoal. A consecutive expanded pore and a perforated expanded pore are formed. Surface dimensions and cavity dimensions of a thermoplastic synthetic resin filamentous body including a charcoal powder 1 are adjusted and expanded from 1.5 to several dozen times in comparison with a regular non-expanded thermoplastic synthetic resin filamentous body. A particle diameter distribution of a charcoal powder 5 is from 0.5 to 120μm. Among them, the distribution which is comparatively frequently seen in 5 to 50μm is adjusted and dispensed. Concavity and convexity of various sizes and a pore created behind them are formed. A complicated consecutive expanded pore and a perforated expanded pore are formed by further expansion. Surface dimensions and cavity dimensions of a thermoplastic synthetic resin filamentous body including a charcoal powder 1 are expanded. A part of the pore of a charcoal powder air comes directly is expanded. Attenuation of functions of charcoal can be stemmed.
