PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for enabling a user to safely conduct metabolic acceleration. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with a means for inputting at least more than two different data, a means for comparing the result with the previously specified judgment conditions using at least one of the above data, and a means for outputting the compared results for judging the metabolized amount. The data to be used include the temperature load, mechanical load and so on not depending on the individual users and the features of the user such as the age, sex, length and body weight as well as the data of the biological response or the like depending on the individual users such as the blood pressure, basic metabolic amount, deep temperature, skin temperature, blood flow, pulse rate, and respiratory rate.
