PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specimen of the biological samples to be analyzed and used for the determination of concentrations for at least one kind of purposes and a relevant method thereof. SOLUTION: The specimen of this invention is provided with many skin puncture components fixed with the specimen. The method of this invention makes it possible to insert the many skin puncture components fixed on the specimen in the skin and determine the concentration of the biological sample to be shifted and analyzed. It is known that the specimen of this invention and the relevant method is useful for various different purposes, particularly for the determination of glucose concentrations.
