PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the pickles of loofah by a process for feeding dried loofah, sake lees and unrefined sake to a container and pickling the loofah. SOLUTION: A method for producing pickles of loofah, comprising a stock preparation process for adding salt and sodium bicarbonate to a solution obtained by using loofah tea and loofah water, a process for alternately feeding loofah, charcoal and bamboo charcoal to a tub, sprinkling charcoal powder, bamboo charcoal powder, smoked charcoal of chaff on the whole tub, pickling the loofah with the stock in the tub and a natural sun-drying process after separation of water from the loofah in the tub is provided. |
