SOLUTION: This digestive enzyme-inhibiting health food is obtained by including the dried material of a fruit body of a mushroom, particularly Grifola frondosa and α-amylase inhibitor derived from a wheat and/or lipase inhibitor derived from rice bran as main components and suitably mixing these main component with cellulose, ethanol, Labriwax (R), purified water, and the like.
