PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow that swallows up the scruff of delicate neck spine and enables comfortable sleep and awakening with a refreshed feeling. SOLUTION: The pillow integrally provided with a part that supports head whose air permeability is 1000-1500 Pa in water vapor pressure and whose warmth retaining property is 0.5 clo or less, and the part that supports scruff whose warmth retaining property is 3.0-11.0 clo and whose body pressure distribution is under 2 kPa, moreover the part that supports scruff is formed at a higher position than the part that supports head is provided in the pillow whose parts that support head and scruff are integrated.
