PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial fish bank made of industrial waste, without independently forming a block body and to provide a counter weight suitable for the block. SOLUTION: This artificial fish bank uses construction equipment which has a concealed hole 23 on the opposite side of a machine room. The hole 23 became a through hole 22 by opening the opposite side of the machine room after scrapping the construction equipment. The counter weight having through hole 22 is used as the fish bank. The fish bank comprises plurality of counter weights.
