PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attempt improvement of strength using a neck-hosel portion and permit free adjustment of head weight including a centroid position and centroid depth. SOLUTION: A golf club head 10 comprises a face portion 11, a crown portion 12, a sole portion 13, and a neck-hosel portion 14, the neck-hosel portion 14 is provided with a shaft attaching portion 14a for attaching a shaft and a weight adjusting portion 14b which is connected to the shaft attaching portion 14a and adjusts head weight including a centroid position and centroid depth, this weight adjusting portion 14b bends off to the lower rear at a different angleθfor the shaft attaching portion 14a, and head weight as well as a centroid position and centroide depth are weight adjusted by adjusting this angleθ.
