<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a face member comprising an amorphous alloy with a head main body with an enough strength and to suppress crystallization of amorphous phase in the amorphous alloy being the forming material of the face part. SOLUTION: Frame members 16a and 16b are fitted on the outer peripheral wall of the face member 14 prepared in advance and it is set in a mold of a casting apparatus and a semi-solidified material is filled in a cavity formed by clamping the mold of the casting apparatus. The head main body 12 constituting a golf club head 10 is molded by cooling and solidifying this material and fitting channels 26a and 26b for fitting the frame members 16a and 16b to the head main body 12 are formed.</p> |
