PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satchel which can be improved in durability without using hard metal fittings. SOLUTION: The trunk part (11) of this satchel is formed by a bottom face part (11a) and both gusset plate parts (11b, 11c) folded in right angles and connected with the bottom face part (11a). A front plate (12) is attached on one end side of the trunk part (11) and a back plate (13) on the other end side to constitute the main body (10) with an opening upside. A series of reinforcing band stuff (21) is placed along the outer face side of the upper end parts of both, gusset plate parts (11b, 11c). Hemming stuff (22) to cramp the edge part of the reinforcing band stuff (21) into an almost U-shape is attached on the lower side of the reinforcing band stuff (21). Hemming stuff (23) to cramp the upper ends of both gusset plate parts (11b, 11c) and the front plate (12) together is attached on the upper side of the reinforcing band stuff (21). |
