Disclosed is a peptide derivative of the formula: wherein A1, A2, R3, R4, R5, B and X2 are defined herein. Also disclosed is a drug for treating hypertension, pulmonary hypertension, Raynaud's disease, acute renal failure, myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, cerebral infarction, cerebral vasospasm, arteriosclerosis, asthma, endotoxin shock, endotoxin-induced multiple organ failure or disseminated intravascular coagulation, and/or cyclosporin-induced renal failure or hypertension, which drug is a peptide derivative of the formula (I) or a pharmaceutically-acceptable salt thereof.
