DEGRADED TPO AGONIST ANTIBODY

摘要

A modified antibody containing at least two H chain V domains and at least t wo L chain V domains of a monoclonal antibody which transduces a signal into cells by crosslinking a TPO receptor to thereby exert TPO agonism. Because o f being usable as a TPO signal transduction agonist, this modified antibody is useful as a preventive and/or a remedy for blood diseases in which platelet reduction participates, thrmobopenia following chemotherapy for cancer or leukemia, etc.
