The production of combustible oil from marine products effluent comprises heat treatment and mechanical treatment by flotation during cleaning of the effluent. The floating materials contain fats, oils, water and small amounts of fish and other solids. Heating at 70 degrees C with centrifugation separates oil from the treated material, totaling ca. 50% of the initial treated volume.
