PURPOSE: A structure for fixing a plastic case of a fuel pump assembly is provided to improve structural stability of the fuel pump assembly and the durability by fastening the plastic case firmly with forming a reinforcing bar in a head plate and a reinforcing part in a case body, and to extend the life span of products by supplying fuel actively. CONSTITUTION: A support bar(4) and a reinforcing bar(15) are installed in a head plate(3), and a U-shaped reinforcing part(13) is embedded in a case body(12). The case body includes plural insertion holes in the upper part, an inlet hole(12a) and a support projection(12b) in the lower part, and the U-shaped reinforcing part has guide holes(13a,13b). The support bar, a fuel supply pipe(5), a fuel return pipe(6) and the reinforcing bar are fitted to the insertion holes, and the fuel return pipe and the reinforcing bar are inserted to the guide holes of the reinforcing part. A spring(14) is inserted to the support bar, and the case body is fixed in the lower part of the fuel tank by the spring.
