PRODUCTION OF HEALTH SUPPLEMENTARY SNACK USING MIXED GRAINS AS MAIN MATERIAL

PURPOSE: A method for preparing health supplementary snack by inserting cooked grain mixture and green juice into an exterior skin made of protein and starch is provided. Therefore, the product is useful as a health supplementary snack for prevention of adult disease and a dietary food. CONSTITUTION: Grain mixture containing 10 kinds of grain is cooked with baking powder and liquor, mixed with green juice and then inserted into an exterior skin made of protein to produce a sausage-typed snack. Thereafter, the snack is sterilized for 3 to 5min and vacuum-packed.
