The invention relates to petrochemistry, in particular to a process for bitumen obtaining. Summary of the invention consists in that it is proposed a process for bitumen obtaining, including treatment of the bitum-containing raw material and introduction of an additive, where in the capacity of raw material is used waste of flexible roofing on base of bituminous binder. The treatment is carried out by burning of the raw material and collection of the melted out bitum, afterwards the bitum is filtered, heated up to the temperature of 120...175 degree C, it is introduced thereto the additive of lubricating oil, used lubricating oil or paving bitumen in the amount of 5...15 mass % of the melted out bitumen, it is maintained the temperature of the mixture within 30...120 min, when mixing, then it is optionally poured out into tanks.Claims: 1
