PURPOSE: A sitting board of a chair is provided to more conveniently sit on the chair by making cushion element of the board to be bent and altered depending on shapes of bottom of users. CONSTITUTION: The chair with the improved sitting board comprises a cushion element(22) surrounded by outer cover(23) at top portion of a fixing plate(21). The cushion element has flexible modification holes(24) at both sides of middle part of the element(22) which contacts to both projected parts(32) of bottom(30) of a user. Alternatively, the modification holes(24) can be replaced by the modification grooves. The holes(24) and/or the grooves can be extended and bent and altered when the projected parts(32) contact. Also, the middle part of the element(22) contacts central slit part(31) of the user's bottom and is altered in a convex form.
