PURPOSE: A method for forming dynamic moving figures is provided to form moving figures on a plane sheet by using diffused reflection. CONSTITUTION: A dynamic moving figures forming method is composed of a sheet(10) made by melting synthetic resin in a high temperature, one side of melted synthetic resin contacting to a plane roller, and other side thereof connecting to a directional figured roller. The upside of the sheet is made flat, and a diffused reflection bead unit(202) is made by forming pluralities of fine line-shaped projections(200) with a predetermined direction on a rear face(20) thereof. The fine line-shaped projections are followed one after another with a same direction in a longitude, and make in sequence a fine line-shaped projection(200a) with a different direction adjacent to other projection at regular intervals toward a concentric circle.
