The rotary tablet press has a rotary system (1) formed by a turret (9) and a drive shaft (34) in a housing for rotation of the turret. The turret comprises a die table (16) and a number of punches are guided in it. The turret is connected to the drive shaft by a coupling, which has first and second parts interconnected by clamping components, using at least one fluid-driven actuator in the rotary system.
