PURPOSE: A method of producing a carbon dioxide gas generating composition by mixing a carbon dioxide gas generating agent, accelerator and supporter is provided. Whereby, 100g of the composition generates 4,200ppm or more of CO2 at 20deg.C for 40 days and the composition therefore is useful in cultivation of crops in a cultivation house. CONSTITUTION: About 70 to 85 parts by weight of a carbon dioxide gas generating agent is mixed with 10 to 15 parts by weight of an accelerator and 5 to 10 parts by weight of a supporter to produce a carbon dioxide gas generating composition. The carbon dioxide gas generating agent comprises one or two or more mixtures of ammonium carbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, manganese carbonate, barium carbonate, sodium carbonate, strontium carbonate, potassium carbonate, calcium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate. |
