PURPOSE: A broadband radar detector by employing a saturated regional operation amplifier is provided to drastically improve the broadband receiving performance of the radar detector by designing the radar detector circuit in accordance with the present invention employing the amplifier to operate the local oscillation frequency to the saturated region. CONSTITUTION: A broadband radar detector by employing a saturated regional operation amplifier includes an antenna(10) for receiving a frequency, a first local oscillator(20) for generating a frequency variable signal, a first amplifying block(200) for amplifying the signal outputted from the first local oscillator(20), a first filter block(30) for removing a noise signal generated from the first local oscillator(20), a second amplifying block(300) for amplifying the signal noise filtered through the first filter block(30) a first mixing block(40) for mixing the signal transmitted through the first amplifying block(200) and the frequency variable signal generated at the first local oscillator(20), an amplifying block(50) for amplifying the frequency signal mixed by the first mixing block(40), a second local oscillator(60) for generating a frequency to modulate the frequency signal passed through the amplifying block(50), a second mixing block(70) for mixing the frequency generated at the second local oscillator(60) and the frequency signal passing through the amplifying block(50), a second filter block(80) for obtaining only a signal having a specific band width passing through the second mixing block(70), a demodulator(90) for analog to digital converting the frequency signal filtered with a specific frequency through the filter block, a main control block(100) for implementing an appropriate control of the elements, a function operational block(110) for implementing a function operation of the radar detector and a display panel(120) for recognizing to a user during the detection of the specific signal.
