<p>The iron-clad lead-acid storage battery consists of a box (12) which houses multiple cells, including positive plates (2) of tubular structure and negative plates (3) of lattice-type structure. The leads of the cells are connected in series for producing the required voltage, and the cells are closed from above by a battery cap (13).
