PURPOSE: Provided is a process for preparing FRP box culvert structure useable in sewage and rainwater disposal and to cover electrical elements by making the structure with a specified material having improved corrosion-resistant and chemical-resistant properties. CONSTITUTION: The FRP box culvert structure is produced by known forming methods such as injection molding, compression, blow-molding, etc. The culvert structure comprises in general main bodies(3,4,5) and flange connection. The main bodies(3,4,5) include perpendicular/transverse supporting bars(9,10,16) at equal distances along a vertical wall side(4) to increase supporting stress of the wall side against horizontal ground pressure and, are in a rectangular form and made of reinforced plastic material. The reinforced plastic material is a combination of un-saturated polyester resin and glass fiber.
