PURPOSE:To connect a bracket and a vibration control device together into an integrated form without using a bolt or nut. CONSTITUTION:A bracket 1 made of an AL alloy is formed of an engine side mount part 14, a stay part 13 overhung from the engine side mount part 14, a triangular flange part 12 provided on the front end part of the stay part 13, and an inserting part 11 provided on further front end part of the point of the flange part 12, etc. A vibration control device 2 is formed of an insulator 21, which is made of an elastic body such as rubber, and which has a recessed engagement part 29 on the upper central part of the elastic body, and of a holder 22 for holding the insulator 21, etc. The inserting part 11 provided on the front end part of the bracket 1 is fitted into an engagement part 29 provided on the insulator 21, to engage the bracket 1 with the vibration control device 2, into an integrated form. An assembly process and a manufacturing process are simplified, and the cost is reduced. Contact among heterogeneous metals (Al-Fe) can be avoided, and galvanic corrosion can thus be prevented. |
