PURPOSE: Provided are a penis supporting material and a process for preparing the same to more comfortably insert the penis with the supporting material into vaginal canal of woman without rejection feels and/or pain in the vagina. CONSTITUTION: The supporting material comprises an arched body(20); both ends(21,23) of the body(20) formed by medical silicon material; front end of central part(25) with top and bottom portions covering thin medical silicon surface and having a hollow(25a); and saline solution(W) contained in the hollow(25a). The material is attached around the penis by inserting it between white membrane surrounding sponge body of the penis and skin of the penis to support the penis, and to remedy small penis and premature ejaculation symptom.
