PURPOSE: Provided is a shaking screen which shakes the screen front and rear to separate extraneous matters from food wastes with a body to support the screen fixed so that it is effective in separating the extraneous matters from organic matters. CONSTITUTION: The shaking screen is characterized by comprising the parts of: the body(1) which fixes a motor configured by an eccentric axis(4); a power axis(5) which is transmitted to the eccentric axis and a separator; the separator(2) which includes a porous sheet(9) to be worked repeatedly front and rear by the power axis; a support bar which combines the separator with the body; a chute(7) which passes the separated extraneous matters; and an exhaust hole which discharges the organic matters.
