PURPOSE: A stent for lumen dilatation and method for producing the same are provided to prevent a penetration of a tumor into the stent. CONSTITUTION: The stent for lumen dilatation and method for producing the same comprise poly-tera-fluro-ethylene sheet(11) attached on the internal of the stent(12), a medical compounded resins(14) covered on the exterior surface of the stent, so that the medical compounded resins(14) are connected to the poly-tera-fluro-ethylene sheet(11) to make integral from, wherein the poly-tera-fluro-ethylene sheet(11) is poly tera fluro ethylene tube(20).
