PURPOSE: Reinforcing structure of a mounting part for a rear suspension in a vehicle is provided to reduce vibration and noise by increasing the rigidity of the mounting part with extending the end of a cross member in the bottom of a rear floor side member and welding a reinforcing panel in the rear floor side member. CONSTITUTION: A cross member(120) is welded into the outside of a rear floor side member(110), and a first reinforcement panel(130) is welded into the bottom of the rear floor side member. The end of the cross member is extended and welded into the bottom of the rear floor side member, and a second reinforcement panel(140) is welded into the internal floor of the cross member for welding the outside of the rear floor side member with three layers. Vibration and noise are prevented with increasing the rigidity of the mounting part of the rear suspension.
